Tiny Takeover (26.10)
Released on March 24, 2026, Tiny Takeover was all about baby mobs. Mojang redesigned 39 baby mobs so they look cuter and more distinct, made name tags craftable from a metal nugget and paper, and added the Golden Dandelion, which keeps a baby animal young permanently. It also added trumpet-style sounds when note blocks sit on copper, baby armor for small piglins and zombies, and new animal sounds.
Chaos Cubed (26.30)
Released on June 16, 2026, Chaos Cubed added the Sulfur Cube, a mob that changes how it behaves depending on what it absorbs — wood makes it bounce like a ball, ice makes it slide like a hockey puck. Players also discovered the Sulfur Caves, an underground biome with toxic pools that make you dizzy if you get too close, plus new cinnabar and sulfur building blocks.
Wilderness Bound (26.50)
Released on September 15, 2026, Wilderness Bound focused on exploration and cozy building:
- Dappled Forest biome near cold biomes, with Poplar Trees, Red Shrubs and Shelf Mushrooms.
- Abandoned Camps in 18 biome styles, with chests and barrels that can hold Explorer Maps.
- Cushions (seats made from wool slabs) and Straw Beds that do not reset your spawn point.
- Wool and Concrete Stairs and Slabs in all 16 colors.
- Bats spawn in all Overworld biomes except the Deep Dark, and Endermen now dodge incoming projectiles.

The next release, 26.60, is planned for late October 2026. The fourth game drop of the year, version 26.70, is already in testing — preview builds such as 26.70.20 started rolling out in October 2026. You can try these features early with the official Minecraft Preview / beta, but beta worlds cannot be used on Realms.
26.52 vs 1.26.52.3 – Which Number Is Right?
Both. Mojang calls the release 26.52. Google Play shows the full Android build number, 1.26.52.3, which keeps a leading "1." for technical reasons and adds a build number at the end.
